I remember reading somewhere that people trust museums for honest and accurate information more than any other type of source (be it teachers, schools, books, etc.). If that's the case, what can a museum tell a visitor about your own personal life--namely, your failed relationships? If anyone has that answer, it would be The Museum of Broken Relationships, in Zagreb, Croatia.
The museum seems to be more interested in helping to heal the artist ("The Museum offers a chance to overcome an emotional collapse through creation: by contributing to the Museum's collection.") than in informing the museum-goer, but I can imagine it must be rather exciting to be witness to very private artifacts of a very private moment in people's lives. I submitted something there myself. I'll let you know if it gets accepted!
